Penlan Food bank

Every Friday from 1000-1200 the local food bank will be open for attendance.

There you can collected a food parcel, get free breakfast and a warm drink.

There will also various of support agencies there so will be a great chance to ask for further support or help. 

Your local PCSO will also attend so come and say hello.
